The Magic Fix for the Playground Mission

- Fixed the Playground Switch not functioning for some people
- If you had a power source and battery in your base you could use the switch
- If you didn't you couldn't
- That is now fixed.
That was a very hard problem to track down for me. All of the versions of my bases had a solar panel to run an auto well (one of the first things I rush). So I never realized something I thought I fixed, wasn't. It basically boiled down to reading the wrong variable (your base energy instead of the levels energy). Thank you everyone that told me about the problem and everyone that tried to help :)
